This new report from Picker brings together, for the first time, findings from the national patient and staff experience programmes that we are commissioned to deliver on behalf of the Care Quality Commission and NHS England. By mapping these insights against the eight Picker Principles of Person Centred Care, the report provides a clear, evidence-based assessment of the current state of patient and staff experience across the NHS in England.
