Reporting to: Head of Survey Coordination

Department: Service Delivery

Location: Oxford / hybrid working

This role

Reporting to the Head of Survey Coordination, you will be responsible for leading on specific survey research projects. This includes contributing to the design and testing of survey methods and questions as well as project management of the survey process and cleaning and management of survey data. You will also engage with and disseminate results to various audiences, including clients, stakeholders, collaborators, and members of the public. The role also includes supervision of one or more Research Associates.

Proven extensive experience in quantitative research, as well as excellent project management skills, specifically in survey research projects, are essential to this role. You should also have prior experience of a variety of survey methodologies as well as experience of developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other external stakeholders. Demonstrable supervisory or line management skills are essential, together with a high level of competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work collaboratively within your team and the organisation.

Reporting to: Senior Research Associate

Department: Service Delivery

Location: Oxford / hybrid working

This role
Reporting to a Senior Research Associate, you will work on the development and coordination of new and existing surveys. You will contribute to a range of projects using a variety of survey methodologies, as well as liaising with partners, collaborators, clients and subcontractors. Quantitative research experience with skills in questionnaire design, research methods, as well as data handling, analysis and reporting, are essential to this role. You should also have prior experience of project management, statistical packages and database use. The ability to work collaboratively, while operating in a self-motivated and independent fashion is key, together with robust written/oral communication skills and attention to detail.
