Reporting to: Head of Data Science

Team: Data Science

Location: Oxford / hybrid working, in line with Picker’s Home and Remote Working Policy.

The post holder will lead on the development, implementation and improvement of processes related to the preparation, analysis and interpretation of quantitative/qualitative data and associated outputs across service delivery. They will help to maintain Picker’s reputation for independently produced analytics, statistics, and insight.

As part of the Data Science Team, the post holder will support and participate in the development and improvement of standard processes to ensure the team’s effectiveness. They will also be involved in supporting the organisation to make more effective use of data, including in business management as well as in service delivery.

We are recruiting for an Project Manager in the Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for key customer relationships, retention, growth and project fulfilment, across the Service Delivery team.

Location: Oxford (Picker operate a flexible hybrid office/remote working policy. This role will be required to attend the office at peak project times.)

We’re recruiting for a Research Associate to join the Service Delivery Team. The successful candidate will work on programmes such as the Adult Cancer Patient Experience Survey and the Under 16 Cancer Patient Experience Survey (delivered on behalf of NHS England). They will deliver programme requirements including design and development to ensure that they meet and delivery the needs of the client, stakeholders and beneficiaries.
