Research Manager

Sam is a Senior Research Associate in the Survey Coordination Centre. Sam joined Picker in December 2019 and oversees several national surveys within the NHS Patient Survey Programme. Sam has experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with knowledge of various survey methods including postal surveys, online surveys, focus groups, depth interviews and CATI.

Prior to joining Picker, Sam worked as a Senior Researcher at a market research agency that focused on consumer research, employee experience, engagement and satisfaction. Sam holds a BSc in Psychology (2.1) from Lancaster University and an MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice.
