Research Manager
Rory is a Research Manager in the Survey Coordination Centre, where he oversees the NHS Staff Surveys programme for NHS England. Prior to joining Picker in 2023, Rory worked in a variety of research roles in the UK and US, including managing quantitative and qualitative research projects for public, private, and third-sector organisations across different sectors. Rory holds an MA in Political Science from American University in Washington, DC and a BA in Politics from the University of Warwick.
