Olli Potter

Senior Policy Officer

Olli joined Picker in September 2024 as Senior Policy Officer, supporting the implementation and delivery of a policy and public affairs influencing strategy. He previously worked at NHS Providers, the membership body representing NHS trust leaders in England, where he focused on workforce policy related to pay and conditions, regulatory reform, immigration and equality, diversity and inclusion.

Prior to this, Olli worked at the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP), the largest commissioner of clinical audits nationally, as a Project Manager across a portfolio of audit programmes. Olli holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s degree in German Studies from the University of Warwick.
