Naomi Stockley

Learning and Development Lead

Naomi is the Learning and Development Lead, responsible for delivering a high-quality programme of training and resources to support person centred improvement across health and social care. She previously led the Experiences of Care programme at the Point of Care Foundation and joined Picker in 2025.

With expertise in co-design and creative facilitation, Naomi delivers training programmes with a focus on collaborative design and inclusive engagement. She works closely with service users and staff to co-create solutions, promoting partnership working that prioritises dignity, compassion and shared learning.
