Kendall is a healthcare strategy, policy and advisory professional with senior experience in government, the NHS and social investment sectors, including applied research and advisory roles internationally.

As Associate Director of Strategy at The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), he leads policy and strategy projects, public affairs, and NICE’s enhanced horizon scanning function. He is also working as Lead Advisor at the Department of Health and Social Care supporting development and delivery of the 10 Year Health Plan for England alongside other political priorities. He is passionate about the role of the patient voice in shaping and delivering healthcare and earned his PhD focused on the collection and use of Patient Reported Experience Measures and Patient Reported Outcome measures for value-based healthcare.
