Jim Pearman

Research Associate

Jim is a collaborative and hands-on researcher, boasting 25 years of experience managing complex quantitative research projects across a range of sectors. Motivated by meeting research objectives and delivering insight that makes a difference to clients, Jim is experienced in collating and analysing customer and employee experience data (tracking studies, operational data, voice of the customer).  He is currently focused on the NHS Staff Surveys and supporting with the development of their new online reporting tool. Other current life skills and interests include raising teenagers, saving injured pigeons and philosophy.
