Jenny joined Picker in 2008, and holds an MSC in Forensic Psychology. She is responsible for overseeing the Service Delivery team and Data management and analytics. This includes oversight of the NHS Patient and Staff Survey Coordination Centres, run on behalf of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and NHS England respectively, and the organisation’s Research Unit which carries out applied social research and evaluation projects. Jenny has a particular interest in research on how patient experience feedback is used for service improvement.

The results of the survey will be used by commissioners, providers, and national policymakers to identify priority areas for improvement in children’s cancer services.
