Chief Research Officer

Jenny is an accomplished Chief Research Officer with a proven track record of developing strategies to advance person centred research. Jenny is responsible for a leading a team of experienced quantitative and qualitative researchers to advance thinking and policy around person centred care, with the end goal of improving patient and staff experience. She has fifteen years’ experience in health care research and quality improvement.

Jenny joined Picker in 2008, and holds an MSC in Forensic Psychology.
