James joined Picker in April 2021 and is a Research Associate in the Survey Coordination Centre.
Since joining Picker, James has been involved with the management and delivery of projects for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and NHS England. James has over 10 years of research experience across various sectors including health, transport and local government, and has a track record of managing successful projects. James has an MSc in Social Research Methods from London Metropolitan University.
