Team Leader for National Programmes

Claire has a background in operational, compliance and people management. As Team Leader for National Programmes she is responsible for the development, coordination and oversight of National Patient and Staff Surveys delivered under the guidance of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and NHS E&I . She is accountable for ensuring that the delivery of all national programmes meets the highest quality standards, against both the relevant guidelines and Picker’s key value of excellence.

Prior to joining Picker, Claire spent the last decade working within the educational sector where she has worked with some of the UK’s leading schools, universities and training and development institutes.
