Head of Survey Coordination
Caroline is Head of Survey Coordination within the Service Delivery team at Picker, having previously been Associate Director from 2013 – 2017. Caroline originally joined the organisation as a Senior Research Associate in 2011. Caroline is responsible for daily management of the NHS National Patient Survey Programme and the NHS Staff Survey for both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and NHS England respectively.
Previously, Caroline worked as a Researcher at NatCen Social Research on a number of large-scale, longitudinal surveys. Her areas of expertise include both qualitative and quantitative research methods with a particular focus on survey methodology.
She has an MSc in Social Research Methods from Surrey University.
