Senior Insight Associate
AJ is a Senior Insight Associate at Picker, where they are responsible for leading and delivering the charity’s Insight Work within the National Programmes. Prior to this role in Picker, they worked as a Researcher, a Research Analyst and Statistician, and Data Scientist. In these roles, AJ designed, conducted, analysed, interpreted, and disseminated mixed-methods research studies. They were the lead analyst for the National Staff Survey responsible for data set production and results visualisations. Prior to Picker, AJ worked for the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) Northwest London, implementing initiatives for improved person-centred care, and conducting research in partnership with NHS organisations. AJ has extensive expertise in coaching professionals and students to build capacity and expertise in research, quality improvement, and analytical methods.
