We’ve supported hundreds of organisations globally, hosted national events like the Person Centred Care Symposium, and welcomed the Patient Experience Network into the Picker family. These stories reflect how, even in the face of global challenges, we’ve used our expertise, partnerships, and insights to influence, inspire, and empower better care.
Our work continues to shape more compassionate, effective, and equitable healthcare systems—supporting providers and coalitions around the world to listen, learn, and act on what matters most to people.
Through partnerships with NHS England and global advocacy networks, we engaged with over 139,000 people affected by cancer in 79 countries, using tailored tools to improve care experiences.
In 2024, we proudly welcomed the Patient Experience Network (PEN) into the Picker family. The Picker Experience Network Awards celebrated over 160 submissions, 112 finalists, and 20 winners—showcasing the best in person centred care across the UK and beyond.
