Picker has successfully achieved the ISO 27701 certification 

At Picker, protecting personal data has always been a priority. Now, we are pleased to announce that we have achieved the ISO 27701 certification, an internationally recognised standard for managing and safeguarding personal information. 

What ISO 27701 means for you 

ISO 27701 extends the requirements of ISO 27001 and provides a framework for managing data privacy. It ensures personal information is handled responsibly and in compliance with key regulations, including GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. 

This means extra assurance that any personal data shared with us is protected to the highest standard. 

Our track record in quality and security 

We have long maintained the ISO 27001 certification for our Information Security Management System and the ISO 20252 certification for Market, Opinion and Social Research. Adding ISO 27701 builds on this strong foundation and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to safeguarding the data we process.
