National Cancer Patient Experience Survey: Online Dashboard

Picker recently hosted an insightful workshop unveiling the new online dashboard for the National Cancer Patient Experience survey.

Led by Picker’s Chief Research Officer, Jenny King, the session featured a comprehensive walkthrough of the dashboard’s functionalities. Additionally, attendees benefited from focused sessions facilitated by experts: Estelle Phillips, a Qualitative Senior Analyst with NHSE, provided guidance on using the trust level free text workbook and making best use of patient comments. While Richard Morgan, a Senior Analyst with NHSE, delved into the trust level response rate output, explaining what it can tell you about the response rates of different population groups.
