Our EBCD course offers structured training in patient-centred service design techniques and quality improvement. It is open to anyone with an interest in co-design or patient and public involvement and is relevant to clinical and non-clinical staff and researchers.
EBCD course participants are taught how to draw on the experiences of patients, carers and staff to identify where change is needed and then to design and implement improvements together.
In-person courses take place over a one-day workshop and online courses take place on Zoom over four 2-hour sessions. Bespoke courses for groups are also available. Please contact learninganddevelopment@pickereurope.ac.uk for more information.
