Amy is Head of Research at Picker, where she is accountable for Picker's research portfolio. This includes the delivery of quantitative and qualitative research and evaluations that facilitate high-quality care, and seeking funding opportunities and partnerships. She has developed and validated many patient experience surveys across different care services and patient/service user groups including children’s cancer care, sickle cell disease, NHS 111, neonatal care and health visiting, and also provides expert consultancy in service user experiences of health and social care and in person centred care.

Amy holds a PhD in Psychopharmacology and a 1st Class BSc Psychology degree from the University of Leeds.
