NHS Staff Survey 2021
The NHS Staff Survey is now the largest workforce survey in the world and it provides detailed insight into the experiences of staff working in a wide range of NHS organisations and professions. Almost 650,000 staff from over 280 NHS organisations, including all 217 trusts in England took part in the 2021 survey. For the first time, in 2021 the survey questions were aligned with the NHS People Promise, which sets out in the words of NHS staff the things that would most improve their working experience. The survey was conducted from October to November 2021.
