Data Analyst
Juan joined Picker in April 2019 after completing an MA in Social Research at the University of Warwick. He is now working as a Data Analyst having worked as Research Associate previously. He has a genuine commitment to pursue positive social change and to promote person-centred care.
Since joining Picker, he has been involved in a variety of national and international research projects. His responsibilities include cleaning, processing, and analysing patient experience and staff feedback, and improving organisational working processes using Python and SPSS.
He holds an undergraduate BA degree in Sociology, and his Masters specialised in Social Research. Juan previously worked as a Research Technician for an international development charity both in Spain and in the UK.
