Alessandra has a wide range of experience in IT, cyber, security and change project and programme management. Accountable for the delivery and development of national surveys for the NHS and CQC where she is responsible for the design, management, delivery and financial performance of a range of research projects, to facilitate the delivery of high-quality health and social care within the UK.
Prior to joining Picker, she spent many years leading a team of consultants with the IT, Cyber, Business Transformation and change environments for companies like Innovate UK, Local and National Government, Vodafone and others, both within the UK, Europe and beyond.
Alessandra has gained a wealth of experience in large- and small-scale projects over many years. She has developed customer user experience across a range of areas.
Alessandra has post-graduate degrees from Bristol University and Durham University.
