Alan is one of the data science and engineering team at Picker and has over 10 years’ post-doctoral research experience. With interests in healthcare service improvement, urgent and emergency care, and public engagement and involvement, Alan publishes peer-reviewed articles and presents this work internationally.
At Picker, Alan is responsible for leading the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of quantitative data for bespoke research and NHS Patient and Staff Surveys. Alan’s role is not just about numbers and includes coaching and mentoring for staff and students in research and project management.
